2024 scverse Hackathon in Boston

About scverse

The scverse consortium is a community-driven initiative that aims to enhance accessibility to foundational tools for analysing omics data in life sciences, developing open and standardised file formats and computational tools to facilitate data re-use and remove barriers to participation in research. The scverse community hackathons aim to bring together users and developers of scverse tools and adjacent ecosystems to work on improving existing code base and adding new features to streamline the analysis of single-cell and spatial data.
