uchimata
👋 Hi! is a Javascript library for visualizing 3D models of genomes. It aims to implement core functionality around rendering, and provide an expressive interface for binding 3D genome data to visual representations. It is specifically designed to be reusable across a number of environments and use cases.
The code is available at https://github.com/hms-dbmi/uchimata. is still early in development, feel free to open an issue if you have encounter any problems. Especially reach out to us if you’re interested in using the library in your research projects and have any questions.
For use in Python-based computational notebooks (such as Jupyter Lab) check out uchimata-py. It uses anywidget to wrap and provides more options to input data as numpy arrays, pandas dataframes and others.
